A thought.

Not everything requires commentary, documentation, or scrutiny.

How much of you exists without your phone? When was the last time you were 100% present in the room, in the situation, in your very existence of everything immediately around you?

How much of you is fulfilled and secure in yourself without your digital self? How much of you is FROM YOU and not outsourced to the digital validation system?

Put your phone down. Go into the closet. Close the door. Turn off the light. Get to grips. This is now a mutiny.

Don’t take it with you into the bathroom. Don’t pick it up before starting a conversation. Don’t open it up when you are bored. Turn off all of your notifications. And for the love of all that is green, don’t phone as your trying to go to bed.

Ironically, this posted from my phone in a waiting room.
